Jadwell provides a booking platform for professionals, including but not limited to:
- Online booking and scheduling management
- Client management and communication tools
- Invoice and payment processing
- Professional profile and public booking pages
- Notification services via WhatsApp and email
- Related technical support services
Jadwell acts as a platform provider, not as a provider of professional services. We facilitate connections between professionals and clients. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your account information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
- Sending spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited content
- Fraudulent activities, including using false identities or impersonating others
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Professional Responsibilities
Professionals using the platform are responsible for:
- Providing accurate service information, including descriptions, pricing, and duration
- Maintaining up-to-date schedule availability
- Delivering professional services as promised
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to their services
- Setting and communicating their own cancellation and refund policies
6. Payment Terms
Billing and Payments
- Service pricing is determined by each individual professional
- Services are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Xendit)
- Jadwell may charge service fees on transactions made through the platform
Refunds and Cancellations
- Cancellation and refund policies are governed by each professional
- Data backup and retrieval are your responsibility before account cancellation
7. Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability
- Uninterrupted service operation
- Error-free service performance
- Specific response times for support requests
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and provide timely support.
8. Data and Privacy
Regarding your data:
- You retain ownership of your data and content
- You are responsible for backing up your data
- We may access your data only as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements
- Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your information
You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, documentation, and trademarks, remain our property. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary software
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Create derivative works based on our services
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- We are not responsible for disputes between clients and professionals
- We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
- You use our services at your own risk
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your content or data hosted on our platform
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- At any time with reasonable notice
- Immediately for material breach of these Terms

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
